Wondering what on earth to drink to get you through this nippy and nap-enducing online day?
Well wonder no more :: we have the perfect Peppermint Hot Coco Recipe that will fight off fatigue, freezing temperatures, and the frantic feeling of a coffee high.
Our Peppermint Hot Coco is made with a delicious blend of Tazo Peppermint Tea, dark chocolate coco-mix, cinnamon, echinacea, raw honey and steamed almond milk. It’s a blend that is loaded with heart healthy protein and PEA, or phenylethylamine, which encourages the brain to release endorphins… much like running around the mall, only less sweat and stress! Dark chocolate also contains a bit of caffeine to help boost your tired eyes and body, which have likely been locked to the screen at your desk all day, but not nearly the amount a cup of coffee does (an amount that could frankly give most of us the shakes)….
But if all that plus all these yummy pics don’t convince you to try TSM’s Peppermint Pick-Me-Up, here’s some more:: the natural mint herb found in Tazo Tea will calm you nerves and digestion while dark chocolate will work to lower blood sugar, and with almond milk providing calcium and protein you will have suppressed those hunger bells that ring daily between lunch and dinner with something that feels and tastes so indulgent but is quite good for you…
