Ruby Red Fruit Smoothie
Makes One Sweetie-Pie Serving
Ingredients
1 pint, 500ml, pure natural organic coconut water
2 cups of frozen organic mixed berries (or fresh)
just a couple slices fresh or frozen banana (literally 2 maybe 3)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Blueberry Acai Good Belly Probiotic juice drink or acai juice or all natural cranberry pomegranate juice works too
1 tbsp VEGA berry flavored nutritional powder, raw protein or vitamin powder of your choice
small squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Method
1. place all ingredients in a high power blender, such a Vitamix, and blend until silky and smooth. Pour, serve, sip, and enjoy.
