Happy Monday everyone! Today I’m bringing you my current favorite summer hair look in our first hair tutorial *video*! The Art of the Summer Scarf, is a scarf incorporated braid that I wore to the Hermes FW 2014 Fashion Show in NYC at the start of the summer. Because it is ALL about braids this season, I wanted to take the trend to the next level and do something unexpected with the wildly popular style. My hair stylist Alexandra Archibald (featured) and I had so much fun creating this scarf-inspired look that we had to share with you the simple secrets to creating it at home for yourselves. It’s THE perfect summer day into night look that can take
your hair directly from the beach to the bar in stunning style. And trust me when I tell you that it IS that simple to
do, plus no shower required! Watch the hair tutorial above and be sure to comment bellow with any questions, or if you try it let me know what you think!

Here are the products I use to create to this unique summer braid:
One standard size scarf, I love my collection of vintage
Hermes scarfs // Kerastase Mousse Substantive or Volumactive // Detox Drybar Dry Shampoo // Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray // Elnett Hair Spray // Teasing Brush Comb // *You will also need 4-6 bobby pins, and a clear hair elastic
to invisibly secure the look*
