Warm reds, rusts, and wraps are what I am all about this fall! I always love layering, but this season I am embracing prints and textures more than ever. During NYFW I wanted to put an elegant twist on the Boho Chic look that, living downtown, is so often my got to style. I chose the evening presentation of Vivienne Tam’s SS2015 collection at Lincoln Center I attended to showcase my love for deep powerful reds (a color that has long been pivotal in Vivienne’s stunning Asiatic collections). With all this in mind, there was obviously only one designer to turn to, who can create that warm organic and and opulent magic: Haute Hippie. A brand that has elevated the hippie-chic look with sophisticated edge and polish, Haute Hippie holds so many special places in my wardrobe, each piece standing out with it’s incredible detailing, quality, sexy tailoring, and all together eye catching movement. Their pieces are wearable, endlessly re-workable and, for someone like me who carries a certain 70s Southern California vibe in everything she does and loves, absolutely timeless.
