After a day filled with air travel, meetings, & appointments I was finally able to share in the glorious afternoon sunshine poolside, and hit the beach for a spectacular sunset walk in the waves. To wake up to the harsh drone of delivery trucks in Manhattan, and fall asleep that very same day to the soft sound of waves flushing against the beach is truly a rejuvenating and nerve cleansing experience. Although my current trip to Palm Beach is short and jam-packed with work, there is always time down here to take your shoes off and steal a moment in the sand. And my is that endlessly cathartic.
Sometimes us New Yorkers get way too wrapped up in ourselves, our schedules, our jobs, and our ambitions. So today, I wish that you’ll find a second, a moment wherever you may be, when you can take a break, and dip your toe in the however proverbial ocean…
